Hit the Target

Get the desired training response and drive personal member motivation by following the instructor’s programmed intensity zones. Users acquire points when the instructor-designed target heart rate is reached. The top three participants who reach the highest overall score are displayed on a podium at the end of the training session.

All in Zone

The goal is to get all users (based on individual’s maximum heart rate) to train at established target heart rate zone. When everyone is in the right heart rate zone a pop-up displays with the “thumbs up” rewarding participants for all hitting the right intensity at the same time and improving motivation by training smarter, not harder!
